rice pudding

vegan rice pudding
simple dessert!
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
bring 2 cups of water to a boil
add rice
cook until all liquid is absorbed
add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
cover and cook until liquid is absorbed
you can serve it warm or chill for at least 30 min to serve cold
top with cinnamon
